Sohalia offers free shipping on all orders going to any destination within the contiguous United States.

Our orders are shipped UPS Ground, which usually takes between 1 and 5 business days to reach its destination. Holidays and harsh weather conditions can slow this service down. Faster shipping is available for an extra fee, as quoted on the checkout page. Please note the shipping times quoted does not include time to pack the order, which usually takes 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number.

Want to ship internationally? We can help with that too! Email us for a quote. International orders are shipped via UPS, and can range from $20 - $100. Typical shipping time for international orders is 4 days - 2 weeks, but transit time will vary by final destination. Please note: International sales are final. All import duty and taxes are paid by customer. The shipping charge is only for shipping and does not include any duty or taxes from the destination country - these are handled by and billed by your country and we are not able to assist in this process.

Items marked "pre-oder" will ship once available. You will receive an email notification once these items have shipped.

Occasionally we are not able to fulfill an order due to inventory errors. If we cannot supply you with the items that you have ordered, we will cancel your order, inform you of this as soon as possible and issue a full refund.


Need to try it on? We totally get it. 

Need a different size?  We are happy to coordinate an exchange if the size you selected isn't quite right and we have the requested size in stock. Exchanges of non-sale items are accepted within 15 days of original purchase and must be postmarked within 15 days of order receipt, according to the shipping carrier’s tracking information. Just email us to coordinate the exchange, and we will send a complimentary return shipping label (for US based customers only). 

Just not quite right?  If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new and sale merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Your return must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date). New merchandise is eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges, and will be returned in the original form of payment. Sale merchandise is eligible for store credit only. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged. 

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between 11/1 and 12/23 are eligible for extended returns. Full refunds on new and sale merchandise are given for merchandise returned before 1/15 of the next calendar year. Merchandise must be postmarked on or before 1/15.

The Fine Print:  Only unworn and unwashed merchandise that has not been altered will be accepted for both returns and exchanges. Any tags must remain attached. Once received, we will credit back the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to process, but typically are refunded within a few days of receipt. Gift card purchases are not refundable and cards are only redeemable for merchandise on
